Cancellation policy

MSAE Store Cancellation Policy

At MSAE Store, we strive to process your orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at admin@msaestore.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for returns based on our Return Policy. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
